Return Policy
We accept returns on eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund to your original payment method.
Please note:
- Custom-sized covers are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.
- Returned items must be unused, in original condition, and include all packaging.
- Return shipping costs may be deducted from your refund.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time.
If you’d like a different size or product:
- Submit a return request (if eligible).
- Place a new order for the correct item.

How long do I have to return an order?
You can return eligible items within 30 days of the delivery date. Custom products, clearance, and final sale items are not returnable.
What items are not eligible for return?
- Custom-made covers (designed to your specific measurements)
- Clearance, final sale, or discounted items marked non-returnable
- Used or damaged items (unless damaged in transit)
Can I cancel or change my order?
Because we begin processing quickly, we can only cancel or change orders within 2 hours of placement. For custom orders, you may have up to 12 hours before production begins.
To request a cancellation, contact support@coverupconcepts.com as soon as possible.
Can I exchange for a different size?
We currently don’t offer direct exchanges. You can return your original item (if eligible) and place a new order for the size you need.
When will I receive my refund?
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days. You’ll be notified by email once your refund is issued.
Is return shipping free?
We provide a prepaid return label for your convenience. The cost of the return label (typically at actual fees or more) will be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to our error.
What if my order arrived damaged or incorrect?
We’re so sorry! Please email us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging, and we’ll take care of it.
Do you accept returns from outside the U.S.?
At this time, we only accept returns from addresses within the United States. International orders are final sale unless the product arrives damaged.
