Ordering & Products
Yes! We specialize in custom covers tailored to your exact furniture dimensions. Just enter your measurements during the order process and we’ll take care of the rest.
We process orders quickly. You may cancel or change your order within 2 hours of placing it. For custom items, cancellations must be made within 12–24 hours before production begins. Email support@coverupconcepts.com ASAP for help.
Yes! We offer multiple fabric types, each designed for different levels of durability, water resistance, and aesthetics. Visit our Fabric Comparison page for detail
Shipping
Standard items: 3–6 business days after dispatch
Custom covers: 5–7 business days for production + shipping
Expedited shipping: 2–3 business days (available on select items)
Not at the moment. We currently ship only within the United States, but we’re working on global delivery soon!
Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns on eligible items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original condition.
Please note: Custom covers are not eligible for return or exchange.
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different size or product, simply return your item (if eligible) and place a new order.
Payments & Refunds
We accept all major credit/debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days. Timing may vary depending on your bank or card provider.
Order Tracking & Delivery

Product Care & Use
Most covers can be wiped clean with a damp cloth. For deeper cleaning, hand wash with mild soap and air dry. Avoid machine washing unless specifically stated.
Yes! Our covers feature double-layer PU coating for advanced waterproof protection. They’re built to handle rain, UV exposure, snow, and more.
