Shipping Policy
At CoverUp Concept Designs, we’re committed to delivering your order quickly, safely, and reliably. Below is everything you need to know about how and when your custom and ready-made products will arrive.
Effective Date: August 2025
Order Processing Time
- Standard (Ready-Made) Products: Processed and shipped within 1–2 business days
- Custom Covers: Made to order and shipped within 5–7 business days
We process orders Monday through Friday (excluding U.S. public holidays). You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order is on its way.
Shipping Within the U.S. We ship to all 50 U.S. states (including Alaska and Hawaii) via reliable carriers such as UPS, FedEx, and USPS.

Estimated Delivery Time
Standard Shipping :3–6 business days after dispatch
Expedited Shipping* : 2–3 business days after dispatch
Custom Orders :Add 5–7 days for production
*Express shipping is available for all products at checkout.
Shipping Rates
- Free Shipping on all orders over $125
- Standard shipping for order items below 125$ is 19.99$.
- Expedited shipping rates vary and are shown at checkout
Split Shipments
If your order includes both custom and standard items, they may ship separately at no additional cost. You’ll receive separate tracking numbers for each package.
Delivery Delays
We do our best to meet the estimated delivery times, but delays may occur due to:
- Weather disruptions
- Peak holiday seasons
- Carrier delays
- Natural events or emergencies
